Ching Rey LLC agrees to provide courier services as described at the time of booking. All services are subject to availability and our operational capacity.
Ching Rey LLC is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including weather, traffic, or acts of nature. Our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the declared value at time of booking.
We do not transport illegal substances, weapons, or items prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Medical and hazardous materials must be properly declared and packaged per HAZCOM standards.
Payment is due upon service completion unless a prior billing arrangement has been established. We accept all major payment methods.
